Job summary

The Leadership Minor at the University of Minnesota is seeking a Level Lead to oversee LEAD 3961 and LEAD 3971 courses, supervise instructors, and manage partnerships with field sites. The role emphasizes curriculum development, teaching, and program assessment within an undergraduate setting.

The position requires an advanced degree (or BA/BS with substantial experience), strong knowledge of leadership studies, and experience in teaching, supervision, and curriculum design.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in relevant field with substantial experience
BA/BS with at least 6 years of relevant post-degree experience
Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, or evaluation

Responsibilities

Teach 2–3 Leadership Minor courses per year and supervise teaching interns
Develop and maintain curriculum aligned with departmental mission and Canvas templates
Hire, train and supervise adjunct instructors and Graduate Assistants
Develop and maintain relationships with field sites and partners for LEAD 3971
Support leadership minor programming and participate in departmental meetings and events
