Job summary

Enterprise Mobility's Management Internship in El Paso, TX, invites university students in their senior year (May 2028 graduation) to join a paid, part-time program. You'll learn to run a business, gain leadership skills, and work in a team-based environment with peers by your side.

The internship pays $16.00/hour, requires at least 20 hours per week, and lasts 10–12 weeks starting May. You’ll undertake intern projects, compete with peers, and have opportunities for performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled full time in a bachelor’s degree program, with a graduation date between now & May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours.
• Must live in the El Paso, TX area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll learn that every day is different as you take on challenges similar to our Trainees, develop fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies and relationship building with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition with peers, and may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
