Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Fort Smith, AR is hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and be trusted to serve customers and partners and to master operations.

You will receive mentorship and hands-on training to prepare you to run your own branch, grow the team, and cultivate new business in your community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Receive mentoring and support to prepare to run your own branch in the future.
• Build relationships in the community to grow your future business.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while putting customers first.
