• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Experience with annual giving and donor cultivation.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Annual Giving strategy for COLSA aligned with the Dean's priorities and university goals.
• Oversee direct marketing, communications, and multi-channel campaigns for COLSA.
• Manage a donor portfolio and 100–125 visits per year via video, phone, or in-person.
• Collaborate with Development/Advancement teams to move prospects through the donation pipeline.
• Engage volunteers, track metrics, and report progress to leadership.
