Job summary

SPCA of Texas is seeking a Development Officer, Leadership Annual Giving to manage donors giving $10,000-$19,999 annually and grow the leadership giving portfolio. The role collaborates with senior leadership, the board, and volunteers to maximize donor impact.

The Officer will develop personalized solicitation plans, organize events, and maintain donor strategies in Raiser's Edge NXT. Requires 3-5 years of major gifts experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of major gift fundraising experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to interact with high net-worth individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maintain and grow leadership donor giving ($10k–$19,999).
• Identify prospective leadership donors and manage qualification meetings.
• Maintain events calendar and donor solicitation plans.
• Build relationships with program staff, leadership, volunteers and committees.
• Record donor activities in Raiser's Edge NXT and align giving with priorities.
