• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand standards, merchandising, POGs, and in-store operations to maximize sales.
• Recruit, train and develop store associates; coach under performance and build strong teams.
• Ensure Omni-channel fulfillment and digital strategy execution in-store.
• Manage payroll hours and store scheduling to match business needs.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are performed correctly and deadlines met.
• Maintain safety and protect assets; monitor loss prevention and compliance.
