TrueNorth Steel in Fargo, ND seeks a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver leadership, onboarding, and professional development programs for both production and non-production staff. The role requires expertise in instructional design and DiSC or similar assessments, with strong stakeholder partnership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven or more years of corporate training experience, plus at least three years of people management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, education, communication, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive corporate training or learning and development experience, including in-person and virtual facilitation.
• Minimum of three years of people management experience with direct responsibility for a team.
• Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development, manager training, or professional development programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver leadership, onboarding, and professional development programs.
• Lead DiSC or comparable assessment sessions and apply insights to strengthen leadership impact.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify capability gaps and create facilitator guides and materials.
• Align learning programs with goals, values, and employee experience priorities.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, attendance data, and leader input.
