Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Leadership Development and Skills Enablement to design and deliver high-impact leadership curricula for emerging to senior leaders across medical, market access, sales, operations, and marketing. You will translate complex concepts into practical, role-based learning with a focus on customer-centric skills.

You will partner with L&D and business leaders to drive capability-building, establish metrics, and ensure enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years in L&D/Leadership Development or HR roles.
• Experience designing role-based training using adult learning principles.
• Pharma/regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise leadership curricula globally.
• Develop cohesive, customer-centric skills models for multiple roles.
• Advise leadership on priorities, gaps, and readiness.
• Design scalable programs strengthening coaching and decision-making.
• Measure learning impact and align with enterprise performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate curricula.
