Job summary

Qualifications

A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, but not required.
Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Ability to learn quickly, work hard, exhibit strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills; be self-motivated and a problem-solver.
Available to all current employees and prospective team members
18-20 month program and must participate in the following: Predictive Index (Pi) Assessment; Eaton 101 & 102 Product Training; Completed EPEC Bronze Program; Store Services Training, E-Training; Mentoring; Reviews & Assessments; Job Rotation in Every Sector

Responsibilities

Gain extensive knowledge of supply chain management by training in all aspects of our operation.
This includes warehouse, delivery, counter sales, inside sales, project management, outside sales and management.
Recruits will be required to show a comprehensive understanding in each area before moving to the next stage of training.
Upon program completion recruits will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to establish a rewarding career with Elliott Electric Supply.
