Elliott Electric Supply invites you to join its Leadership Development Program in Arizona. You begin in the warehouse at our Regional Distribution Center, learning every position and building a solid operational foundation.

You will later train in counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales as you progress toward contributing to sales growth in existing markets and supporting expansion into new branches.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Start in the warehouse learning every position at the Regional Distribution Center.
• After mastering warehouse skills, receive training in counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales.
• The program aims to build inside and outside sales teams to increase sales in current markets and support expansion to new locations.

The Leadership Development Program is an all encompassing program that teaches all aspects of Elliott Electric Supply. This program has you begin in the warehouse where you learn every position at our Regional Distribution Center. After learning all of the skills in the warehouse we train you on counter sales, inside sales , and outside sales. The goal of this program is for us to continue to produce inside and outside sales teams so we can increase our sales in existing markets and train for new locations and branches that we are planning for in the future.
