Job summary

Chick-fil-A Eau Claire is offering a Leadership Development Program for soon-to-graduate seniors and recent graduates. This 24–32 month commitment takes you through every area of the business to gain hands-on experience and learn how to own/operate your own Chick-fil-A.

You'll move quickly from Team Member to Coordinator, receive personal and professional development from a seasoned leadership coach and the local Operator, and potentially advance to roles such as Restaurant Director or Inc

Qualifications

Recent or upcoming college graduate with strong academics.
GPA 3.0 or higher and strong communication skills.
Ability to stand and perform tasks up to 10+ hours daily.
Willingness to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Learn every area of the business through hands-on experience.
Move from Team Member to Coordinator with ownership of an area.
Receive coaching and development from a seasoned Chick-fil-A Operator.
Work closely with the Owner through bi-weekly coaching sessions.
Develop leadership, accountability, and business skills for future opportunities.
