Chick‑fil‑A Hamilton Mill & Dacula is seeking high‑potential teammates for its Accelerated Leadership Training Program, a two‑year, full‑time path designed to develop future leaders from frontline Team Member to Operations Director.

You’ll receive one‑on‑one mentorship, hands‑on exposure to labor, budgets, marketing and guest service, and a clear path toward ownership or corporate leadership within Chick‑fil‑A.

Qualifications

• Elite candidates committed to growth in high‑pressure environments.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week including irregular hours.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Master Front of House and Kitchen operations with excellence.
• Demonstrate urgency, teamwork, accuracy and hospitality.
• Train new hires with clarity, positivity and consistency.
• Exemplify Chick‑fil‑A brand standards in every guest interaction.
• Lead shifts and store areas; coach team members daily.
• Set goals, mentor trainers and oversee daily operations.
