This 24 to 36-month program offers individuals a unique opportunity to gain leadership skills while managing the Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager positions. Successful candidates will earn an annual starting salary of $85,000 and will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, life insurance, and paid time off. Ideal applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and prior restaurant experience is preferred.
Qualifications
Ability to travel 100 percent of the time.
Willing to work on weekends.
Prior restaurant industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant and ensure food safety and quality.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise team members.
Consult with operators on opening strategy and execution.
