Job summary

Fusion HCR in Las Vegas is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to support the Leadership Development department within a property management organization by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and overseeing program logistics. This role spans a wide range of responsibilities—from organizing calendars and travel arrangements to preparing materials for leadership programs.

The ideal candidate serves as a superuser for Workday HCM and other platforms.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience in executive assisting, program/event coordination, or related role.
2+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
Advanced proficiency in Canva.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Office 365, Teams).
Experience with presentation software and data analysis.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Program Materials: manage online learning platforms, Workday HCM, Blanchard Exchange, and Learning/ Talent tenants in Workday; support resource requests and material development.
Event & Logistics Coordination: oversee training sessions, conferences, venues, attendees, vendors; provide hands-on event support and post-event follow-up.
Administrative & Scheduling Support: manage calendars, travel itineraries, inquiries, expenses, and team communications.
