Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, program management, and/or fundraising.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and political savvy when navigating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support leadership development programs, including planning, execution, and ongoing management of core programs.
• Provide logistical, operational, and relationship-management support for Leadership programs and JLI.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are impactful and aligned with goals.
• Support participation in JFNA General Assembly, including logistics and participant experience.
