Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to support leadership development initiatives and deliver programs across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes design, development, and facilitation of training, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and regular onsite presence at Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will have a background in adult learning, instructional design, LMS management, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (OD, HR, I/O Psychology) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of adult learning and development experience preferred.
• 1 year of virtual and in-person facilitation and presentation skills preferred.
• 1 year of instructional design experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise 360).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Strong project and program management skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain learning technologies and systems used in program delivery.
• Track completion data and learning metrics for reporting purposes.
• Assist in scheduling and administration of sessions.
• Create and maintain training deliverables: guides, decks, job-aids, eLearning modules.
• Support design and implementation of short-term solutions with SMEs across the enterprise.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and needs assessments.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions.
