Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations with individuals seeking personal or professional development.
• Guide clients through our online programs and virtual learning events using approved information.
• Follow up via phone, Zoom and email until a decision is reached.
• Manage digital advertising within a proven marketing system and review results weekly.
• Participate in structured mentoring and ongoing training with senior leaders.

A remote, independent role in personal development and leadership education, for experienced learning and development, training and coaching professionals. 10 to 30 hours a week on your own schedule. Performance-based earnings, with structured training and mentoring from day one.

You got into learning and development because you love contributing to people's growth, and seeing who they become because of it.

The last couple of years have been hard on L&D. When budgets tighten, training is usually the first line to go. Senior learning roles have been cut. The teams that remain are asked to prove business impact with little more than completion rates and smile sheets.

You know the work matters. You also know how much of your week now goes to compliance modules, LMS admin and defending your own budget.

We deliver personal development and leadership education through structured online programs and professional mentoring. The skills you've built carry straight across: asking the right questions, listening for what someone actually wants, and knowing when they're ready for the next step and when they're not.

What You Will Do

• Discovery conversations: connect with people who have enquired about personal or professional development, and find out what they want to change
• Program guidance: help them understand our online programs and virtual learning events, using approved information, so they can decide whether the fit is right for their goals
• Follow-up: stay with each conversation through phone, Zoom and email until a clear decision is made either way
• Campaign management: run digital advertising within a proven marketing system and review your results each week
• Professional development: take part in structured mentoring and ongoing training with senior people in the organization

Not every conversation moves forward, and some weeks are slower than others. The people who do well here treat that as information rather than a verdict, and use it to make the next conversation better.

What You Bring

• Development background: experience in L&D, training, coaching, organizational development or adult education
• Coaching instinct: you ask good questions and can tell early whether someone is ready to act
