The opportunity

Our Leadership Development team is looking for a dynamic leader for our Coaching Team focused on leadership development by empowering individuals as they rise to meet the challenges of increasing leadership complexity with clarity, confidence, and impact.

As the Leader, you’ll be responsible for working with various stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, other EY US Talent functions and business leaders to:

  1. Lead a team of coaches to serve as a holistic coaching center of excellence for our business.
  2. Develop and maintain a clear coaching offering strategy, ensuring high quality impact, and meeting evolving business needs.
  3. Utilize a variety of coaching modalities such as signature 1:1 executive coaching, group coaching, AI-supported coaching, and consulting on coaching skills development of all EY professionals.
  4. Be excited about the possibilities and “next gen” of coaching and its impact on leadership growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of 8-10 Executive Coaches as the Leadership Development Coaching COE.
  • Providing executive coaching to senior leaders and leadership teams, managing a rolling book of business.
  • Delivering exceptional coaching experiences to strengthen the coaching brand and generate growth opportunities.
  • Staying informed of coaching trends and applying them to EY’s coaching practice.
  • Seeking and incorporating client feedback throughout coaching engagements.
  • Upholding ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.
  • Collaborating within the coaching team and sharing best practices.
  • Building strong relationships with Talent stakeholders to manage demand for leadership and team coaching.
  • Sharing coaching practice impact and insights with key stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering coaching events, workshops, and relevant materials as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or travel as required.
  • Leading operations to manage pipeline and resource planning, and making strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Managing relationships with vendors for global MSA services.
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Experience leading an executive coaching practice.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services.
  • ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and operate in an agile environment.
  • Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture.
  • Strong communication skills for thought leadership and brand strengthening.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Accreditation with “The Leadership Circle Profile”.
  • Certification in “Immunity to Change” for individuals and teams.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $123,600 to $238,000, with variations based on location, education, and experience.
