Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a leader in organizational effectiveness to drive leadership development across the system. You will partner with directors to design and support initiatives, and you will advise on team performance and culture using data-driven methods.

You will coach leaders, facilitate development sessions, and debrief assessment data with stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are met.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in organization effectiveness, leadership, and talent development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; data-informed decision making.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Assesses leader and team performance and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Identifies culture enablers and inhibitors; works with leaders to enhance the culture.
• Partners with leaders to craft strategic priorities and goals.
• Provides coaching to leaders to improve performance.
• Facilitates leadership development training.
• Debriefs assessment data with leaders and teams.
• Conducts leader acceleration sessions.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with leaders and key stakeholders.
• Actively contributes ideas in planning and delivery of leader solutions.
• Establishes partnerships with HR business partners and OE consultants.
