Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years of professional donor relations experience.
• Demonstrated experience closing gifts or sales through direct cultivation of individual prospects.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of 100–200 prospects with leadership annual giving potential.
• Qualify, solicit, and steward donors for leadership annual gifts and future major gifts.
• Lead strategies to renew and upgrade donor contributions and gift commitments.
• Track donor activity and report progress against goals across channels.
