Job summary

CSC, a global leader in business and financial services, seeks a Leadership Experience and Adoption Partner (LEAP) in Wilmington, DE. The role blends delivery, reinforcement, and adoption to turn leadership development into observable behavior change.

You will design reinforcement, facilitate sessions worldwide, and build scalable practitioner capabilities. You will partner with business leaders to ensure practical application, use AI to accelerate content and practice, and drive sustained

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with leadership to identify training needs.
• Experience curating training materials and developing content.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with senior leaders.
• Passion for helping people learn and grow.
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption of leadership learning and reinforcement to drive behavior change.
• Design and run reinforcement that makes change stick (leader routines, practice cycles, check-ins).
• Track behavior shift at 30/60/90 days and intervene early if adoption stalls.
• Facilitate leadership sessions globally across levels, maintaining rigor.
• Build internal facilitator pool to scale delivery beyond a single person.
• Create content and tools for practical workplace use and application.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content creation, translation, and refresh.
• Align programs with business needs and regional contexts.
• Coaching leaders through change and applying change-management discipline.
