Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate seeks high-potential graduates for its 6-month Management Advancement Program (MAP). The program blends an 8-week externship with a 4-month fellowship, exposing you to culinary, memory care, HR and resident services.

Successful externship reviewers may enter the MAP Fellowship and pursue a leadership track with senior mentorship. Graduates from diverse fields are encouraged to apply; the program targets recent BA or MA graduates with strong business sense

Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates with a passion for hospitality, business and healthcare excellence.
• Interest in leadership roles and program rotations across senior living operations.
• Strong business acumen and service commitment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-phase MAP: externship and fellowship with rotation through key departments.
• Advance to MAP Fellow and specialize in a leadership track with mentorship from department heads.
• Progress toward Community Management or MIT track after completion.
