Belmont Village Senior Living invites recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates to join the 6‑month Management Advancement Program (MAP). Through two immersive phases, externship and fellowship, you will rotate across departments, gain real leadership experience, and be mentored by senior leaders.

Top performers may advance to the MIT track or other roles within our nationwide portfolio. Compensation is determined by location and discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s graduates from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong business acumen and commitment to service.
• Interest in hospitality, healthcare, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 8-week externship across departments to learn operations.
• Join the 4-month fellowship for a leadership practicum with mentorship.
• Specialize later in tracks such as Sales, HR/Business Office, or Resident Enrichment.
