Belmont Village Senior Living invites recent graduates to join the 6-month Management Advancement Program (MAP). You will rotate through key departments from culinary to memory care, supported by a dedicated preceptor, to accelerate into leadership roles within the organization.

The program offers two immersive phases: an 8-week Externship and a 4-month Operations Fellowship, with potential promotion to MAP Fellow and track specialization in Sales, HR/Business Office, or Resident Enrichment.

• Recent Bachelor's and Master's graduates from diverse academic backgrounds.

Responsibilities
