Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's or Master’s graduates sought.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Rotational Externship across departments to gain broad operational exposure.
• Join Operations Fellowship with leadership practicum and department mentorship.
• Pursue a Leadership path via MIT track or direct placement after program.
