Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design.
• Strong experience with Power BI and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx and modern data platforms like Databricks.

For our client, we are seeking a BI & Analytics Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead business intelligence and analytics support for client-facing account teams, helping translate data into practical insights and stronger decision-making. You will establish standards for BI development, guide analytics priorities, and partner closely with clients and internal teams to shape effective reporting solutions. The position also involves mentoring analysts, advancing platform capabilities, and improving how insights are delivered across the business. This is an opportunity to influence analytics strategy in a dynamic real estate environment while supporting measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $102,000 - $120,000 annually
