Job summary

Help at Home seeks a Senior Manager, Authorization Management, Eligibility & Care Continuity to lead enterprise authorization operations and eligibility initiatives. You will oversee teams, define standards, and drive scalable workflows across Salesforce and related systems to protect client care continuity and revenue.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare operations with strong leadership, analytics, and vendor management. Travel monthly/quarterly may be needed as business requires.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-layered teams across markets.
• Strong knowledge of authorization management, reauthorization, eligibility verification, and payer requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Care Continuity Managers and frontline teams for authorization management.
• Establish standards, SLAs, queues, and escalation for cross-functional coordination.
• Protect continuity and revenue through timely authorizations and reauthorizations.
• Own Salesforce Authorization Management strategy across markets and integrations.
• Oversee 270/271 eligibility capabilities and vendor partnerships.
• Manage BPO migrations and vendor governance with quality and readiness.
• Monitor KPIs like backlog, turnaround time, and automation rate.
