The role emphasizes strategic leadership, incident response, and collaboration with the CISO team to mature security across the enterprise and brands.

Qualifications

• Experience with 10+ years as a security Architect.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native security patterns and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with securing AI/ML and agentic workflows.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain security architecture standards for the enterprise (Azure-centric).
• Drive CIAM strategy and implement MFA with adaptive logic.
• Architect security controls mapped to PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA.
• Define secure patterns for APIs and microservices; enable DevSecOps.
• Lead security governance for Azure AI/ML platforms and Gen-AI integrations.
• Support incident response and maintain security posture alignment with NYDFS, ISO 27001.
