Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–8+ years in enterprise security architecture/engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft security technologies.
• Experience securing AI workloads in an enterprise environment.
• Experience reviewing third‑party products in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
• Familiar with data governance, legal, or risk functions.
• Knowledge of multi‑vendor AI platform security models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
• Mentoring and technical leadership experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑level tech solutions in Agile environments.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, SC‑100/SC‑200/SC‑300 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security practice and translate strategy into standards and controls.
• Act as technical authority on Microsoft 365 E7 security stack across Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Intune.
• Conduct enterprise architecture reviews of AI products and extensions.
• Apply EA Decision Scoring Matrix and risk criteria for AI tool approvals.
• Partner with data governance for AI data handling and access control.
• Review AI-related legal and contractual language with risk teams.
• Define and enforce security policies for autonomous agents.
• Perform AI threat modeling across identity, network, data, and applications.
• Monitor cross-platform agent communications and external integrations.
• Integrate third‑party AI compliance APIs into centralized SIEM.
• Design isolated development environments for AI tools and IDEs.
• Collaborate to embed AI security in composable architecture.
• Translate security requirements into actionable agile work items.
