Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree or substantial college coursework with youth experience.
• Clean driving record, active license, and vehicle insurance.
• Criminal background check clearance required in GA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and ensure daily contacts with Youth Trackers.
• Monitor trainings and assist with on-the-job training for new staff.
• Maintain communications with Program Director and Youth Trackers.
• Conduct daily face-to-face contacts with youth at various locations.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO; maintain facility safety and cleanliness.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 1 year youth experience

Substantial college coursework + 2 years youth work
