Job summary

SOUTHWEST KEY PROGRAMS INC in Valdosta, GA is seeking a part-time Youth Tracker to perform daily youth contacts, support service-plan goals, and maintain a safe, structured environment across multiple sites.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and passing background and drug checks. Travel across GA counties (approx. 85%) is required with reimbursements provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to work flexible hours incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Manage behaviors through programmatic and individual structure to support youth accountability.
• Develop and maintain helping relationships focused on youth progress.
• Complete required documentation, including discharge information, timely and accurately.
• Enter data into the Juvenile Tracking System (JTS) and ETO.
• Review youth files to stay current with history and updates.
• Notify supervisor of crises or incidents promptly.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
