Job summary

Agape Child & Family Services seeks a TeamWorks Career Services Lead Youth Connector to connect out-of-school youth to employment, education, and supportive services across a rural tri-county area. You will conduct case management, develop individualized plans, perform assessments, and coordinate referrals with schools, employers, and training providers.

The role requires travel to Tipton, Lauderdale, and Fayette Counties on a biweekly rotation, plus virtual engagement and in-person workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to connect job seekers with employment, training, apprenticeship, and post-secondary education opportunities.
• Experience facilitating engaging in-person and virtual group instruction, workshops, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Case management and service planning for OSY and young adults.
• Two-Generation service delivery aligning with family voice and choice.
• Travel biweekly to Tipton, Lauderdale, and Fayette Counties and conduct virtual sessions.
• Maintain client notes, progress updates, and referrals in agency systems.
• Host and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and career coaching sessions.
