Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Lead Credible Messenger to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services for assigned clients and their families, guided by a strength-based wraparound approach.

The role focuses on assisting at‑risk youth and families, coordinating with community resources, and delivering advocacy within a collaborative team. A high school diploma is required; higher degrees are preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with experience working with target population.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Community Resources.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Electronic health records systems (EHR) is a plus but not required.
• Positions require valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage that will need to be provided.
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) skills are a plus.
