Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in departmental quality improvement activities.
• Leads a care team as a clinic case manager, providing clear instructions to team members and delegating tasks.
• Accepts accountability for staff time management in the assigned clinic, allowing staff to leave at the direction of the case manager.
• Utilizes efficient and effective communication with all team members to ensure well-organized quality care.
• Maintains infection control standards and educates non-RN staff as needed.
• Plans, implements, and documents patient education for wounds.
