Job summary

Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as a Rig Operator, as well as strong mechanical knowledge. Local candidates within 60 miles are preferred. This role includes training crew members and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of workover rig experience, including 2 years minimum Rig Operator experience.
• CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Effective communication skills in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4–5-person workover rig crew.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on service equipment.
• Train and direct crew on safety procedures.
• Conduct job safety analyses and ensure compliance.
