Job summary

Axis Energy Services is seeking a Rig Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor to manage a workover rig crew and coordinate with management and subcontractors at the Marmarth, ND location. You will handle day-to-day rig production, ensure safety procedures, and maintain customer relationships while promoting company policies.

The role requires 2+ years as Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor and 5+ years as Rig Operator, with a valid driver’s license and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor workover rig experience required.
• 5+ years proven experience as a Rig Operator.
• Valid state-issued driver's license; CDL Class A/B preferred.
• Ability to work a varied rotational schedule and travel as job requires.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with Field Service Coordinators and Director of Operations on customer status and crew performance.
• Receive and implement job orders from operations management.
• Communicate job and scheduling status with district Sales Representative.
• Explain job schedule and status to customers professionally.
• Ensure crew members clock in/out in payroll system.
• Review and approve crew work time and job tickets; process documents to Operations.
• Provide information to customers about rig operations and specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate Rig Operator and crew performance.
• Support quality and performance programs across the company.
• Ensure clear safety and operating policy communication to crew and subcontractors.
• Assist in resolving disputes between customers and Axis.
• Identify new business opportunities; communicate with Director of Operations.
• Assist Corporate Recruiter in crew recruitment.
• Review and prepare Problem Well Reports and Incident Reports.
