Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in workforce planning, FP&A, HR analytics, or related analytical function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modelling and complex data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to translate large data sets into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning initiatives across multiple business units and functions.
• Develop forecasts, scenario models, and capacity plans for future talent needs.
• Analyze headcount trends, labor costs, and people-related expenses.
• Support annual workforce planning and budgeting with Finance and HR.
• Conduct benchmarking and gap analyses to inform recommendations.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and presentations translating data to insights.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce indicators and recommend improvements for productivity.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
