Job summary

AES Indiana is seeking a senior workforce planning and FP&A professional to lead forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. You will build workforce models, analyze headcount and labor costs, and partner with Finance and HR to align plans with business goals.

In this role you’ll develop executive dashboards, translate data into insights, and influence senior leaders with data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or HR.
• 5+ years in workforce planning, FP&A, or HR analytics.
• Budgeting, forecasting, workforce modeling, and data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with data viz tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning initiatives across multiple business units.
• Develop workforce forecasts, scenario models, and capacity plans.
• Analyze headcount trends, labor costs, and related expenses.
• Support annual workforce planning and budgeting with Finance and HR.
• Conduct benchmarking and gap analyses to assess effectiveness.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and presentations from data.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance on strategies.
• Monitor workforce indicators and provide proactive improvement recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of workforce data.
