Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a Workers' Compensation team in a remote-capable role covering MD, VA, and DC. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on claims adjusting, including indemnity and litigation, plus appropriate state licenses.

This role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and collaboration with clients and carriers. The position offers the chance to guide performance, develop staff, and use Gallagher's technology to improve outcomes

• 10+ years hands-on workers' compensation claims adjusting experience including lost-time/indemnity and litigation.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions

Overview

• Claims Background: Minimum of 5-10+ years adjusting an indemnity desk with litigation
• Jurisdictional Experience: MD, VA, DC
• Location: This role is eligible for remote work

• Serve clients, effectively communicate and embrace new challenges to drive success

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience required including lost-time/indemnity and litigation
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
