Morgan & Morgan in Raleigh, North Carolina, seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice. The attorney will handle a heavy and complex caseload and hearings, contributing to building out a statewide workers’ compensation practice on behalf of the firm.

You will be part of a team delivering high-quality legal services, with a robust influx of cases and opportunities to advance within a leading personal injury law firm.

Qualifications

• Active NC State Bar membership required; strong client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy abilities; capacity to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process; coordinate with experts; prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
