Qualifications

• Juris Doctor; licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.
• 3+ years of Worker’s Compensation defense experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers’ compensation claims from inception to final resolution, including hearings and appeals.
• Lead counsel on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in administrative hearings and handle VSSR and related litigation.
