Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters and administrative proceedings.
• Represent clients before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and state courts.
• Prepare for and attend administrative hearings and court proceedings; conduct legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents; review medical records and claim files.
• Communicate directly with clients and assist with case strategy and preparation.
