Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Security Administrator to join a growing enterprise applications team during a major Workday launch across HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain. The role will manage Workday security, provision users and roles, validate access, support audits, and help establish governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Security administration and configuration.
• Provision users, security roles, permissions, and functional security groups within Workday.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Workday security configurations.
• Support multiple Workday domains such as HCM, Financials, Supply Chain.
• Understanding of ERP security models, access governance, and least-privilege practices.
• Enterprise application support experience beyond general security administration.
• Experience supporting access reviews, audit readiness, compliance, and ongoing security governance.
• Ability to investigate and resolve user access, role configuration, and permission-related issues.
• Understanding of enterprise systems architecture and the broader impact of security decisions.
• Ability to balance security requirements across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute immediately in a Workday implementation and go-live environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate within an IT-owned Workday governance model.
