Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to drive Workday HCM solutions across modules such as Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking. You will lead a team of integrators, collaborate with Product Owners and HR partners, and deliver scalable Workday integrations within an Agile framework.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in HR Workday environments, strong API experience (REST/SOAP), and proven leadership in strategic projects.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience on HR platforms with Workday.
4+ years of experience with Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks.
Experience across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Performance Management.
At least 2 years in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.
Workday certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and translate business priorities into Workday-based solutions.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
Communicate across team, Product Owners, stakeholders, and business partners to influence solutions.
Identify process improvements and redesign business processes with HR partners.
Design and develop complex Workday integrations supporting candidate and associate experiences.
Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio, security, troubleshooting, data analysis, vendor management, and coordination with HR/Enterprise teams.
Lead a team of integrators and configurators supporting Workday HCM modules.
Align priorities with Product Owners and deliver objectives using Agile methodologies.
Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews.
Ensure platform performance, quality, and adherence to Enterprise standards.
