Qualifications

• Workday certification in HCM and Payroll required.
• Extensive experience as a functional lead in multiple areas (e.g., Time Tracking, Payroll, Performance Management).
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards and compliance.
• Global business processes and reporting experience.
• Industry experience in higher education or public sector.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop solutions.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Workday certification and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday functional consulting by leading clients through the systems development lifecycle.
• Work on all project phases including design, configuration, and testing.
• Assist clients in integrating Workday into current environments and advise on best practices.
• Configure Workday to meet client business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team, customers, and leadership.
• Contribute to growing Workday practice and share knowledge to improve deployment methodology.
