Qualifications

• Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation certifications required.
• 2–3 years implementing Workday Core HCM, Benefits, or Compensation as a Lead/Solution Architect in Higher Education.
• Experience leading functional teams in Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Ability to re-engineer HR business processes and translate requirements to configuration.
• Experience with 3rd party integration providers and Workday calculated fields.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Workday functional expert and guide clients through the full SDLC.
• Lead discovery, design, configuration and testing phases.
• Assist clients in integrating Workday into their business environments.
• Advise on options, risks, and impacts on processes.
• Configure Workday to meet client requirements and share best practices.
• Collaborate with data migration to convert legacy data to Workday.
• Support integration team with design, configuration, testing.
• Deliver tasks efficiently with progress reporting to managers.
• Seek continuous improvements in delivering Workday solutions.
