The HCM Data Conversion Lead will guide the PeopleSoft to Workday migration, overseeing data conversion workstreams and serving as the client point of contact.

The role focuses on discovery, data modeling, and validation, while coordinating with Workday teams and ensuring data quality, security, and traceability throughout the conversion lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years ERP data conversion experience and leadership of a data conversion workstream.
• Deep hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft HCM data structures, tables, extraction methods, and conversion tools.
• Experience with PeopleSoft‑to‑Workday data conversions and load processes.
• Advanced SQL and PeopleTools, including Application Designer; familiarity with integration tools preferred.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholders and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HCM data conversion workstream planning and delivery.
• Lead data profiling, extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Provide technical direction, review deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure consistent methods.
• Coordinate with client, SI, and other workstreams; communicate risks and decisions.
• Define conversion strategy, data mapping framework, iteration plan, and cutover approach.
