Tier4 Group is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead a large Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning implementation and to oversee ongoing administration, optimization, governance, and support of the finance systems environment.

The role bridges Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders; ideal candidate has accounting background with hands-on Workday experience and migrations within a complex enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise financial systems experience at a Manager or senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead key phases of a large-scale Workday Financials implementation, including testing and go-live.
• Serve as the strategic owner of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Administer Workday FDM, Worktags, cost centers, reporting structures, and security.
• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to improve financial processes and forecasting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead issue resolution, testing, and governance.
• Support internal controls and security administration.
• Develop documentation and training materials.
• Partner with Finance, IT, HRIS, and operations to drive adoption.
