Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Smart Product Delivery Consultant to lead the implementation and adoption of cloud-based Workday products for global customers. You will shape requirements, design viable solutions, and guide delivery for successful outcomes.

You will coach and mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales, and travel to customer locations as needed to ensure high-quality delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday product knowledge or HCM expertise.
• SaaS implementation and technology consulting experience.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing engagements with accountability for scope and outcomes.
• Strong consulting skills: presenting, workshops, explaining complex functionality.
• Excellent customer management, expectation setting and risk handling.
• Commercial judgement on scope, estimation, and delivery risk.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery – Own the successful delivery of Smart Product implementations within scope, timeline, quality and commercial expectations.
• Understand and shape customer requirements – Lead discovery, identify use cases, and provide recommendations for adoption of Smart Audit and User Access Review.
• Apply product and domain expertise – Articulate the product’s functionality, benefits, and limitations in each customer’s Workday setup.
• Manage customer relationships – Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, communicate progress and risks.
• Enable customer self-sufficiency – Deliver training and knowledge transfer on configuration and usage.
• Drive continuous improvement – Implement improvements to delivery tools, documentation, and processes.
• Collaborate across the business – Partner with Success, Product, Engineering and Sales for rollout of features.
• Develop team capability – Coach and onboard junior colleagues.
