AIR Communities is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to lead Workday Adaptive Planning, shaping our planning landscape and partnering with Finance and Accounting leaders. You will design, optimize, and govern planning models, reports, and processes to empower strategic decisions across the organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into scalable solutions, while ensuring data integrity, performance, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems, planning applications, or EPM platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning administration experience.
• Expertise with dimensions, attributes, levels, modeled sheets, cube sheets, formulas, and reporting structures.
• Experience designing and supporting complex financial and operational planning models.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with OfficeConnect reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Workday Adaptive Planning dimensions and planning structures.
• Design and enhance financial and operational planning models.
• Develop modeled sheets, cube sheets, assumptions, and reporting structures.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity across planning processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and solutions.
• Lead governance, testing, and release management activities.
